I'm sure no one is reading this, but I shall disregard that and post anyway! As seen in the description, this blog will be composed of ways I believe we can achieve wellness, or at least, better ourselves. I will write about anything from a healthy trail snack to the actual hiking trail itself. I have recently become interested in yoga, climbing and running, so those topics will likely be touched on. Mostly, I'm a writer and aspiring health nut looking for a venue. I must say, I am very excited about this blog, and I do hope you gain something positive from these posts, as they will all be written to inspire, inform or improve. More to come!
